The local police and search and rescue have called for your club to help look for a stuck transmitter.
Their repeater is disabled and their radio tech is not available for 2 days and they are worried!

You are assigned to be net control for the club members.
Document the search net using ICS214, select Template > Standard Templates > ICS USA Forms > ICS214 Activity Log.

• Click Setup and enter your club name
• Incident Name:enter "Stuck Transmitter Search>"
• 2. through 5., enter your information or make up someone.
• Incident Name: enter at least 3 names of searchers.
• Activity Log: enter a search net opening, at least 2 search reports and a net closing.
• enter your:
  call sign, first name, city or town, county, state, mode (Winlink HF, VARA FM, VHF packet, etc.)
• Sign as Prepared By

Save a copy for later if you wish.
Review your message, then click Submit and set "Subject:" to "Iowa Winlink Weekend".

In the message composition window, make sure "Send As:" is set to Winlink Message.
Check "Request message receipt" if you wish a confirmation message.
Set "To:" to WB0GAG. Add any others you would like to receive the message.

When you are satisfied with the message, click "Post to Outbox".

Send as normal. If you have no radio capability yet, use telnet.
