It's a miracle! The physics teacher and social studies teachers at the local middle school were reminded about ham radio by a club member who is a former student of theirs.
They were so impressed that they invited your club to present a program for their students in 2 weeks. The principal agreed!
You have been volunteered to organize the program, and you can choose whether to be the main presenter as well if you so choose.
Use INCIDENT OBJECTIVES (ICS 202)to make a plan and send it to the teachers, the principal and the members of the club who may participate.

Sally.Von.Humboldt@CentralCityMiddleSchool.edu teaches social studies.
Joe_Newton@CentralCityMiddleSchool.edu teaches physics.
Tisha-Robichau@CentralCityMiddleSchool.edu is the principal.
KZ0HM and KA9MP are retired and may be willing to present or help present, and are active Winlink users.
The time set aside for the presentation is 1:15 through 1:45.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are available.

Start a new message and select Standard Templates > ICS USA Forms > ICS 202 Incident Objectives.txt.
Enter IOWA WINLINK WEEKEND, using the Setup button.

1. Incident Name: enter Amateur Radio Introduction
2. Operational Period: pick the date and enter the times from above.
3.Objective(s) describe what you expect to have the students learn.
4. Operational Period Command Emphasis: describe how the presentation should go.
General Situational Awareness: Emphasize awareness of the age of the students.
Also, enter your
call sign, first name, city or town, county, state, mode (Winlink HF, VARA FM, VHF packet, etc.)
2 letter state abbreviation and no parentheses, please.
Example: WB0GAG, Bruce, Muscatine, Muscatine, IA, VARA HF
5. Safety Plan Required check "no".
6. Incident Action Plan select as many or as few as you like, including give-away items, if any.
