We will continue our exercises with an INCIDENT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PLAN (ICS Form 205B) this week.
Start a new message and select Standard Templates > ICS USA Forms > iCS205b Incident Information Technology Plan.

This is the 250th anniversary of the signing of theUnited States Declaration of Independence.
In addition to the upcoming ARRL America250 Worked All States event, which features 2 week-long activations of W1AW/Ø in Iowa (signup from the map link above), nearly every place will celebrate with a parade.
To prepare for your local parade, update or generate a plan using this week's form.

1. Incident Name: 2026 Independence Day Parade
2. Date: July 4, 2026; Time: 10:00AM
3. Date: July 4, 2026; Time: 2:00PM

Fill in at least 3 rows of Assignments, listing infrastructure you will use for the parade.
In the next Assignments row, enter
call sign, first name, city or town, county, state, mode (Winlink HF, VARA FM, VHF packet, etc.), GPS location (lat, long)
2 letter state abbreviation and no parentheses, please!
Example: WB0GAG, Bruce, Muscatine, Muscatine, IA, VARA HF
Save a copy for later if you wish, review your message, then click Submit and set "Subject:" to "Iowa Winlink Weekend".
