Talk about the fun activities your club is planning this year

Start a new message and select Standard Templates > GENERAL Forms > Quick Message.txt
Click Setup and enter "Iowa Winlink Weekend", your first name in "From:", click to set the date and time, and enter "2025 fun planned" in "Subject:".
In "Message", enter one or more planned or desired activities.

Examples from recent local club activities:

• POTA (Parks 0n the Air)
• Pumpkin Patrol (Halloween patrol in connection with local police)
• Picnic table portable operation, potluck and fox hunt
• Washington's Birthday Special Event on Washington Street, in Washington city, township and county
• Bix 7 annual 7-mile race

Also, enter your:
call sign, first name, city or town, county, state, mode (Winlink HF, VARA FM, VHF packet, etc.)
2 letter state abbreviation and no parentheses, please.
Example: WB0GAG, Bruce, Muscatine, Muscatine, IA, VARA HF

Save a copy for later if you wish.
Review your message, then click Submit and set "Subject:" to "Iowa Winlink Weekend".

In the message composition window, make sure "Send As:" is set to Winlink Message.
Check "Request message receipt" if you wish a confirmation message.
Set "To:" to WB0GAG. Add any others you would like to receive the message.
