This weekend we will practice the ICS215A Incident Safety Analysis.
Your hamfest safety officer gave you a spreadsheet of the safety analysis for your club's upcoming hamfest and tasked you with sending a rport to all committee heads. Rather than making a spreadsheet, as such, download and save Central_City_HF_ICS 215A data.txt and be sure to note where it gets saved.
Start a new message and select Standard Templates > GENERAL Forms > ICS USA Forms > ICS215A Incident Safety Analysis.

Click Setup and enter "Iowa Winlink Weekend".
Click Load ICS215A data, find and select the downloaded file.
The bulk of the informatioon should be filled in, you should only need to:

• Click Date, then click Time to autofill those entries


• On the Incident Area line labeled Signature line, enter your location's GS coordinates under Hazards/Risks and your other details under Mitigations as listed
Other details example: WB0GAG, Bruce, Muscatine, Muscatine, IA, VARA HF
2 letter state abbreviation and no parentheses, please.
• At the bottom of the form, enter your name and call in both Name and Signature
• Click Date/Time, to autofill this entry

Save a copy for later if you wish, review your message, then click Submit and set "Subject:" to "Iowa Winlink Weekend".
