Your club has tasked all members who responded to the downtown building collapse of April 25 to submit an After Action Review. .

Start a new message and select Standard Templates > GENERAL Forms > After Action Review.

Click Setup to add your agency or group (or Iowa Winlink Weekend).
1. Incident Name: enter IWW 4-25 Page # enter 1.
2. Operational Period (Date/Time) From: 4-25-25/0800 To: 4-25-25/1400
3. Name: enter your name 4. ICS Position: enter RADO
5. Home Agency and Unit enter as you see fit.
6 . Resources Assigned: Enter your name, RADO and club
You may add others if you choose to reflect any team work.
7a. What Was Planned? Reflect on how you were called out, State what you were tasked to do (Initial Damage Assessment / Windshield Survey for the state).
7b. What Actually Happened? Follow the prompt.
7c. Why Did It Happen? This can be very brief unless you wish to expand it.
7d. What Are We Going To Do Next Time? What worked, didn't work, didn't happen.

On a separate line, enter your
call sign, first name, city or town, county, state, mode (Winlink HF, VARA FM, VHF packet, etc.), GPS co-ordinates.
2 letter state abbreviation and no parentheses, please.
